For Women: Cultivating your Gifts of Leading and Teaching
Join several female theologians to celebrate and cultivate the gifts that God has placed in you to lead, teach the Bible, and create spaces for others to thrive. In this microevent, you’ll be encouraged, equipped, and will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded women. We’ll tackle two topics that are part of any woman’s leadership development journey: perseverance and preparation.
Courtney Doctor
Courtney Doctor received an MDiv from Covenant Theological Seminary and currently serves as the Director for Women’s Initiatives for The Gospel Coalition. She is a Bible teacher and author of several Bible studies including From Garden to Glory and In View of God’s Mercies: The Gift of the Gospel in Romans. Courtney and her husband Craig have four children, three children-in-law, and five grandchildren.

Melissa Kruger
Melissa Kruger serves as Vice President of Discipleship Programming for The Gospel Coalition. She’s the author of multiple books, including The Envy of Eve: Finding Contentment in a Covetous World, Walking with God in the Season of Motherhood, Growing Together: Taking Mentoring Beyond Small Talk and Prayer Requests, and Wherever You Go I Want You to Know. Her husband, Mike, is the president of Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte and they have three children.

Rebecca McLaughlin
Rebecca McLaughlin holds a PhD in Renaissance Literature from Cambridge University and a theology degree from Oak Hill College in London. She is the author of Confronting Christianity: 12 Hard Questions for the World’s Largest Religion, 10 Questions Every Teen Should Ask (and Answer) about Christianity, The Secular Creed: Engaging 5 Contemporary Claims, and Is Christmas Unbelievable? An advocate for Bible literacy, her passion is to see others become articulate and committed followers of Christ, with a clear understanding of why they believe what they believe, grounded in the Word of God. Elizabeth Woodson
Elizabeth Woodson is a Bible teacher and author who is passionate about equipping believers to understand the rich theological truths of Scripture. She loves helping people internalize their faith and connect it practically to everyday life. She is the author of Embrace Your Life: How To Find Joy When The Life You Have Is Not The Life You Hoped For and From Beginning To Forever: A Study of the Grand Narrative of Scripture. She is also a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary with a master’s in Christian education.
